As a business we’re committed to improving the service we offer to our customers.
We’ve made a number of changes in recent months as part of this commitment and
this has already had a positive impact judging by your response. We’re constantly working to maintain and indeed improve our customers’ experience and your comments are vital, so thank you for your feedback so far.
One of the ways we receive feedback is from the Mercedes-Benz telephone surveys and the question we are most interested in your answer to is:
'How likely is it that you would recommend this dealer (Euro Commercials) to a friend, or business colleague for some work?'
We would love you to answer with a score of 9 or 10 – as this means we are doing things right and that you would recommend us.
A 7 or an 8 would also be OK as again we’re obviously on the way to getting it right.
If you feel inclined to give us a score of lower than 7 we’d really like to talk to you about it as this means you’re unhappy and that you wouldn’t recommend us.
