That commitment applies to customer care no less than it does to the performance of all of our vehicles. This means continuously challenging ourselves to improve performance in all aspects of our business. 
We need and want to understand the levels of service you are experiencing with us to help us to identify areas requiring further improvement in our continuing commitment towards higher levels of improved customer service.
To enable us to do this, we have been operating a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Programme for over five years and have made significant improvements to your customer experience as a direct result of your input.
Since we began our programme, we are delighted to report that we have consistently increased our CSI year on year, and by more than an impressive 6% overall
