Euro Commercials Number One for Customer Satisfaction

Thanks to great feedback from our customers, the Euro Commercials Van Sales 
team came top of the league for Customer Satisfaction for the second year in a row.
Nathan Black was Britain’s ‘Top Performing CSI Manager’ – a dealership’s Customer Satisfaction Index rating is based on feedback from its customers with criteria such as accuracy and level of information given, vehicle handover, and overall satisfaction with the salesperson.
A delighted Nathan commented: “Our success in bringing this trophy back to South Wales in each of the last two years underlines the dedication and commitment of our sales team, every member of which understands how crucial it is that we deliver the very highest levels of customer service.”
Congratulations also go to Jeff Carne and the Finance Team who picked up the Finance Team of the Year Award earlier in the month.
